Work from home as an independent contractor
Are you a compassionate and empathetic individual with excellent communication skills? Working Solutions is seeking independent contractors to join our team as Remote Senior Living Customer Care Representatives. In this role, you will assist seniors and their families in finding appropriate senior living care by connecting them with online resources and Senior Living Advisors. This is a remote, work-from-home opportunity where you will provide exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound phone calls.
Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate support to seniors and their families during their search for senior living options.
- Effectively match customers with relevant online tools and Senior Living Advisors.
- Utilize active listening skills and empathy to understand customer needs.
- Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, providing information and guidance.
- Navigate multiple systems and accurately enter customer information to create client profiles.

Compensation:
- Earn up to $12.00 per hour.
- Performance-based incentives are available, offering the potential to earn an additional $2 to $4 per hour.
Schedule:
- Client hours of operation are Monday-Sunday, 7:00 am to 11:00 pm.
- Independent contractors create their own flexible schedules within these operating hours.
Required Skills:
- Consultative sales skills.
- Exceptional verbal communication and rapport-building skills.
- Strong multitasking abilities (handling calls, navigating systems, and entering information).
- Demonstrated empathy and understanding of sensitive health issues.
Work Environment Requirements:
- Quiet and uninterrupted workspace.
- Organized desk area.
Technology Requirements:
- Personal computer (no tablets).
- Broadband internet connection (minimum 10 MBPS recommended), wired connection preferred (no Wi-Fi or mobile internet).
- Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system.
- Up-to-date antivirus software.
- USB headset with microphone.
- Dual monitors.

Important Information:
- Independent contractors must reside and work within the United States or Canada (excluding California, New York, Pennsylvania, and Washington).
- This is a contractual relationship; independent contractors are responsible for their own taxes and are not eligible for employee benefits.
