Job Description:

Join our team as a Remote Localization Sales Engineer and you will:

  • Partner with sales reps to understand client challenges and tailor solutions using Localize’s translation automation platform.
  • Deliver engaging product demos that showcase the platform’s capabilities and value proposition.
  • Develop strong relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring they maximize the benefits of Localize.
  • Act as a technical bridge between sales, product, and marketing teams, providing valuable insights based on client feedback.
  • Contribute to the company’s growth by creating captivating content for marketing initiatives (e.g., blog posts, webinars).
  • Participate in product development discussions to ensure the platform continues to meet client needs.

To be successful, you’ll possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (advanced degrees a plus).
  • 2+ years of experience in SaaS pre-sales, sales engineering, or a similar role providing technical sales support.
  • Solid understanding of software development, APIs, and integration methods.
  • Proficiency in relevant programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
  • Strong grasp of web technologies, cloud platforms, and development frameworks.
  • A consultative approach to client problem-solving with a proven track record of overcoming technical and security objections.
  • Familiarity with the enterprise SaaS ecosystem and sales cycle (discovery, demo, evaluation, closing).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, adept at explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • The ability to build rapport, understand client needs, and address concerns effectively.
  • Experience managing technical projects and collaborating across diverse teams.
  • A passion for content creation (experience with blog posts, webinars, demo sites is a plus).
