Do you have a passion for helping businesses thrive on LinkedIn?

Salesflow.io, a leading platform that empowers businesses with powerful LinkedIn outreach strategies, is seeking a passionate and organized Remote LinkedIn Outreach Specialist to join our growing team!

In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for a portfolio of 50+ clients in the European region. You’ll guide them through onboarding, optimize their LinkedIn outreach efforts, and ensure they achieve stellar results with our platform.

Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Become a trusted advisor for clients, helping them maximize their LinkedIn ROI and achieve their outreach goals.
  • Guide clients through onboarding, ensuring they understand Salesflow’s platform, workflows, and strategies.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide clients with actionable insights for improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to troubleshoot issues, answer questions, and escalate concerns when necessary.
  • Champion the client voice within the company, providing feedback to improve product features and services.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with clients to strategize, share best practices, and track progress.
  • Assist with client renewals and identify upsell opportunities for high-performing accounts.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new customer success strategies.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Loves customer success and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Has 1-4 years of experience in a similar role (customer success, account management, etc.).
  • Is a LinkedIn enthusiast with a solid understanding of the platform’s potential for business growth.
  • Possesses excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Is a master organizer who can juggle multiple accounts and stay on top of deadlines.
  • Thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys contributing to team success.
  • Is a problem-solving whiz with a “can-do” attitude.
  • Has a strong sense of empathy and can build strong relationships with clients.
  • Is a fast learner who is eager to continuously improve.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • A knack for crafting compelling cold emails.
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Experience with Zapier integrations.
  • Familiarity with European market nuances and outreach strategies.
