FieldHub is a leading provider of accounting and field service management software. We are looking for a skilled Implementation Specialist to join our team and help our customers successfully adopt our platform. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for new clients, guiding them through the implementation process from start to finish. You will be responsible for understanding their needs, configuring the software accordingly, and ensuring a smooth transition from any legacy systems. This role requires a strong accounting background combined with technical aptitude and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of FieldHub’s software for new customers.
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer requirements and preferred workflows.
- Advise customers on best practices for utilizing the software.
- Assist with data migration from existing systems, ensuring data integrity.
- Deliver training and ongoing support to users.
- Manage multiple implementation projects concurrently.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA/CMA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in accounting and 2+ years in software implementation or project management.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, especially related to inventory, recurring revenue, and cost/revenue recognition.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is beneficial.
- Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong data analysis and management capabilities.
- Experience in the construction or field service industries is preferred.
