The Opportunity:

As Hostaway continues its ambitious expansion into the European market, we are seeking a high-impact, results-driven Account Executive to spearhead growth, focusing specifically on the French market. This is a crucial, fully remote role where you will leverage our strong product-market fit and increasing demand to build relationships and drive revenue. If you excel in fast-paced SaaS environments and have a passion for sales, this is your chance to make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets within the French market.
  • Own the full sales cycle, with a primary focus on outbound prospecting, lead generation, qualification, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision-makers in the vacation rental industry.
  • Proactively identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize client value and retention.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to tailor solutions and ensure client success.
  • Provide valuable market insights, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to inform our European expansion strategy.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and pipeline management within the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Represent Hostaway professionally at virtual or relevant industry events and networking opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3+ years of successful B2B SaaS sales experience.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a fast-growth environment.
  • Native-level proficiency in French and fluency in English (both written and verbal).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the entire sales cycle autonomously, particularly with outbound strategies.
  • Strong business acumen with excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and adaptable individual capable of thriving in a dynamic market.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot preferred) and sales automation platforms.
  • Must be physically based within Europe to facilitate collaboration with team members across the region.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Fluency in additional European languages such as Spanish or Italian is a bonus.
