LawnStarter is a leading on-demand marketplace for lawn care and home services, connecting customers with service professionals nationwide. We are experiencing rapid growth and are seeking a talented Paid Search Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued success.
Position Overview:
As a Paid Search Marketing Manager at LawnStarter, you will play a crucial role in driving customer acquisition through strategic management and optimization of our paid search campaigns. You will be responsible for maximizing ROI across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search platforms. This is a fully remote opportunity, allowing you to work from anywhere.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize large-scale SEM campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Analyze campaign performance, adjust bids, and refine strategies to achieve KPIs.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting to improve conversion rates.
- Utilize Google Analytics and other tools to track performance and provide actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor campaign efficiency and spend.
- Research and implement keyword and audience targeting strategies.
- Manage budgets and optimize bidding strategies.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and content teams to align messaging.
- Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Requirements:
- 3-7+ years of experience managing Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns (B2C preferred).
- Proficiency in Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics (GA4), and BI tools.
- Experience with search, display, retargeting, video, and local services campaigns.
- Strong understanding of auction dynamics and smart bidding strategies.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, vlookups, data visualization).
- Ability to analyze large datasets and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with SQL and scripting (Python, Google Ads scripts) is a plus.
- Experience with tag management (GTM, Segment).
- Strong understanding of CRO and landing page best practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and project management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a test-and-learn mindset.
Benefits:
- Salary range: $90,000 – $125,000 USD annually.
