About the Role:
As a .NET Software Engineer at Zanda Health, you will be an integral part of a self-managing, cross-functional team, contributing to the development and improvement of our software platform. You will collaborate with team members and the product department on the agreed roadmap, taking ownership of tasks and projects, conducting research, and delivering solutions within established timelines. A commitment to clean, well-documented code is essential. Whether you have a few years of experience or are a seasoned full-stack developer, you’ll find challenging and rewarding work in a supportive and fun environment.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to future implementations and system improvements within a self-managing, cross-functional team.
- Collaborate with team members and the product department on roadmap execution.
- Own tasks and projects, performing necessary research and collaborating on solutions.
- Deliver assigned tasks within agreed timelines.
- Implement code improvements where appropriate.
- Adhere to company and industry standards for code commenting and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Solid experience in full-stack .NET development.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and engage in constructive discussions to find solutions.
