Our client, a dynamic and growing company, is seeking a skilled and motivated .NET Developer to join their remote team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable applications.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions using the .NET framework, C#, and related technologies.
- Maintain and enhance existing applications, ensuring optimal performance and stability.
- Work with databases (e.g., SQL Server) to design, develop, and optimize data storage and retrieval.
- Develop and consume RESTful APIs and other web services.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Write unit tests and perform thorough debugging to identify and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers, to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, code comments, and user manuals.
- Analyze and resolve complex technical problems.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in .NET development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2-4 years of proven experience as a .NET Developer.
- Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET framework (e.g., .NET Core, .NET 6+).
- Experience with ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web API, or similar web development frameworks.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server) and ORM frameworks (e.g., Entity Framework).
- Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Must reside within the USA.
- Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS is a plus.
- Experience with front end frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue is a plus.
