About the Role:

As Manager, Service Operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our back-office processes. You will be responsible for:

  • Vendor Management: Overseeing and managing relationships with our BPO partners, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to service level agreements.
  • Process Optimization: Analyzing existing workflows and identifying opportunities for improvement and automation to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Performance Management: Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and driving initiatives to improve productivity and quality.
  • Team Leadership: Providing guidance and support to the back-office team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partnering with internal teams, including IT, Enablement, WFM, and L&D, to ensure seamless collaboration and effective problem-solving.

Key Qualifications:

  • Travel Industry Expertise: Extensive experience in the travel industry with a strong understanding of GDS systems like Sabre or Amadeus.
  • BPO Management: Proven experience in managing BPO relationships and driving performance improvements.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and deliver projects effectively.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide teams, even without formal authority.
  • Analytical Mindset: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences.
