You’ll guide and mentor lawyers as they implement our proven systems, transforming their practices into engines of success.

Responsibilities:

• Coach lawyers on strategic business and marketing approaches.
• Help them streamline operations, achieve consistent cash flow, and reach measurable goals.
• Provide personalized, accountability-focused support within our membership program.
• Build rapport and identify roadblocks for lawyers, guiding them towards actionable solutions.

Requirements:

• Strong coaching experience with a focus on business and marketing strategy.
• Ability to guide clients through both strategic planning and operational execution.
• High emotional intelligence and relational skills.
• Comfort with financial discussions and business financial strategies.
• Positive, encouraging, and direct communication style.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in online project management and CRM software.
• Passion for making a tangible impact on businesses and communities.
• Adaptability, coachability, and openness to feedback.
• Collaborative team player spirit.
• Minimum 25-hour weekly commitment.
• Based in the U.S. or Canada (legal expertise not required).
