Job Description:

Are you passionate about customer success and fluent in Spanish? Hostaway is seeking a talented Customer Onboarding Specialist to join their growing team. In this remote role, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring new clients from the LATAM region have a smooth and successful transition onto the Hostaway platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective onboarding processes for new LATAM customers.
• Conduct personalized training sessions and demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
• Create informative onboarding materials in Spanish and English.
• Maintain clear and proactive communication with new customers throughout onboarding.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and streamline onboarding.
• Analyze onboarding metrics and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for new Spanish-speaking customers, resolving issues promptly.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in customer onboarding or customer success with SaaS companies.
• Native-level fluency in Spanish and professional proficiency in English (company language).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a strong attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a knack for creating positive first impressions.
• Strong presentation and training skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
