Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive inbound marketing strategies to attract and convert targeted leads.
  • Optimize website and landing page performance to maximize conversion rates.
  • Utilize data analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to refine marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Collaborate with content creators to ensure content is optimized for SEO and lead generation.
  • Manage and optimize marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and measure ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest inbound marketing trends and technologies.
  • Work with sales teams to ensure smooth lead handoff.
  • Implement and manage SEO strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in inbound marketing and growth engineering.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and lead generation principles.
  • Proficiency in using marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with A/B testing, and data analysis.
  • Knowledge of web analytics tools (Google analytics).
