About the Role:

As Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving our marketing and lead generation strategies. You will collaborate closely with product, customer success, and design teams to build, launch, and drive adoption of our products, particularly Fomo and Relo. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong sense of ownership and a passion for making a real impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Online Events Management: Plan and execute monthly online events (webinars, interviews, panel discussions), including partner collaboration, content development, promotion, logistics, and lead nurturing.
  • Marketing Website & Positioning: Enhance the marketing website to effectively communicate product value, optimize for SEO, and improve conversion rates through A/B testing and refinement.
  • Email Marketing & Lead Nurturing: Develop and execute targeted email campaigns and automated workflows to nurture leads at various funnel stages.
  • SEO & Content Marketing: Conduct keyword research, optimize existing content, and collaborate on the creation of high-quality blog posts, case studies, and resources.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and report on key metrics (event attendance, MQL growth, conversion rates, email engagement) and use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4-7 years of experience in growth or digital marketing, preferably in SaaS or e-commerce.
  • Proven experience planning and executing online events with measurable impact.
  • Strong SEO knowledge, including keyword research and content optimization.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms (HubSpot, Customer.io, or similar).
  • Analytical mindset and familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Ahrefs, HubSpot, Mixpanel).
  • Excellent project management, partnership building, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with the DTC or e-commerce industry.
  • Understanding of customer retention and lifecycle marketing.
  • “Get things done” mentality, ownership, initiative, and motivation.
  • Experience with Webflow, HubSpot, SEMrush, GA4, Mixpanel, and similar tools.
  • A/B testing and optimization skills.
  • Problem-solving aptitude and proactive approach.

Compensation:

$37,440 – $68,000 per year (USD). The final salary offer will be based on the candidate’s skills and experience.

Hiring Process:

  • Screening with People Ops Manager (30 minutes)
  • Take-Home Assignment/Skills Assessment (3 business days)
  • Hiring Manager Interview with CMO (30 minutes)
  • Final Round Interview with CRO and Head of Partnerships (45 minutes)
