About the Role:
As a Global Systems Integration Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless integration experiences for Deel’s customers worldwide. You will be the go-to expert for all things integration, guiding customers and internal teams through the process from planning to execution. This is a fully remote position with the opportunity to make a significant impact on a global scale.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive global integration efforts, ensuring seamless integration experiences for customers across all regions.
- Serve as the main point of contact for Success and Onboarding teams on integrations and API issues globally.
- Act as the escalation point for unresolved customer integration and API questions worldwide.
- Manage and troubleshoot integration issues, collaborating with internal teams to find solutions across different countries and time zones.
- Oversee customer integration projects from planning to execution, including requirements gathering, strategy development, and testing.
- Develop tailored integration plans and schedules based on client needs, taking into account regional differences and regulatory requirements.
- Work with the Integrations and API Product team to address common challenges and improve the integration experience for all customers.
- Maintain deep knowledge of Deel’s product suite and its integrations, staying up-to-date on the latest features and releases.
- Create and update internal and external resources for self-serve integrations, enabling customers to easily integrate with Deel’s platform.
- Communicate regularly with Onboarding Managers and CSMs about project status and issues, ensuring transparency and collaboration across teams.
- Guide customers through integration, troubleshooting any issues that arise, and ensuring successful deployment of integrated solutions.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Consulting, Implementation Project Management, or Support in a B2B SaaS environment, with a focus on global operations.
- Strong understanding of API integrations and experience working with various integration platforms and tools.
- Proven project management skills with a proactive, action-oriented approach, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior client stakeholders and internal teams across different cultures and time zones.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with HRIS and ERP systems like QuickBooks, NetSuite, Workday, and SAP.
- Familiarity with SQL or other query languages is a plus.
