We’re seeking a passionate and empathetic German-speaking Customer Success Manager to build strong relationships with our clients and empower them to achieve their goals using our review and approval platform.

As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will:

  • Cultivate and nurture client relationships, turning them into enthusiastic Filestage advocates.
  • Onboard and train customers through various channels (chat, email, phone, webinars, and video conferencing), ensuring they maximize the value of Filestage.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer success and contribute to the overall growth of Filestage within client organizations.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to provide customer feedback and contribute to product improvements.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for customer success.
  • Proven experience in customer success management, account management, or sales.
  • Strong business acumen and consultative selling skills.
  • A proactive, self-starter mentality with a desire to make a tangible impact.
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Fluency in both English and German. Spanish or French language skills are a plus.

Location: This is a fully remote position open to candidates located in Europe.
