The Sher Agency is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full-Stack Web Developer to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on translating approved Figma designs into responsive, functional websites across WordPress, Shopify, and Webflow platforms. You will be responsible for building custom features, integrating various software solutions, configuring plugins and applications, implementing revisions, and optimizing website performance based on Google Lighthouse scores.
Responsibilities:
- Develop responsive web pages from Figma designs using WordPress, Shopify, and Webflow.
- Implement custom features and functionalities.
- Integrate multiple software applications.
- Configure plugins and applications for diverse functionalities.
- Incorporate team and client feedback through website revisions.
- Optimize website performance and achieve high Google Lighthouse scores.
Performance Metrics:
- Minimal bugs and errors in developed pages.
- Creative and engaging animations, interactions, and effects.
- High Google Lighthouse scores.
- Adherence to project deadlines.
- Effective communication with team members and clients.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in website development using WordPress, Shopify, OR Webflow.
- 1+ years of experience in website development using ALL THREE platforms: WordPress, Shopify, AND Webflow.
- Strong proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Preferred Skills (Not Required):
- Knowledge of Web Accessibility best practices.
- Familiarity with additional development frameworks such as React.
Compensation:
This position offers flexible compensation options: a monthly salary for developers proficient in all three platforms (WordPress, Shopify, and Webflow), or per-project fixed rates for developers specializing in a single platform.

- Fluent English communication skills.
- Availability to work during US business hours.
