Job Description: Scarlet Creative Software is seeking a talented and motivated Front-End Developer to join their growing remote team. In this role, you will be instrumental in building the client-side of innovative web applications, transforming company and customer requirements into engaging, functional, and visually appealing interactive experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop responsive, interactive, and user-friendly web pages and applications using HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript (jQuery).
• Build and maintain Progressive Web Apps (PWAs) leveraging frameworks like Reactjs or Flutter.
• Collaborate effectively with back-end developers, web designers, project managers, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and project success.
• Translate UI/UX design wireframes and requirements into high-quality, functional code.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Conduct thorough browser testing and debugging across various devices.
• Maintain, update, and enhance existing legacy websites and applications.
• Assist in integration and UI testing processes.
• Implement features and changes based on stakeholder and user feedback.
• Participate actively in Agile/SCRUM development processes, utilizing Git for version control and contributing to Continuous Integration workflows.
• Create and maintain team workflows to ensure visibility and workload balance for consistent design implementation.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as a Front-End Developer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in core front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Solid understanding of the entire web development lifecycle (design, development, deployment).
• Experience with browser testing, debugging, and ensuring cross-browser compatibility.
• Familiarity with layout aesthetics, responsive design principles, and usability best practices.
• Foundational knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries like ReactJS or Flutter is required. Foundational React Native knowledge is also beneficial.
• Experience with WordPress development (WooCommerce experience is a plus but not mandatory).
• Proficiency with Git version control.
• Understanding of SEO principles is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM methodologies and best coding practices.
• Excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Ability to perform well independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced remote environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required; a BSc in Computer Science or a relevant field is valued, but extensive practical experience is highly considered.
