What You’ll Do:
- Lead and Mentor: Guide a talented team of Solutions Engineering Managers, fostering their growth and success.
- Technical Expertise: Provide hands-on technical leadership and guidance to both your team and our customers.
- Drive Success: Collaborate with sales leadership to achieve quarterly targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Customer Focus: Deliver impactful presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-value assessments.
- Strategic Vision: Develop and implement regional strategies aligned with company objectives.
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven Leadership: 5+ years of experience leading Solutions Engineers and their managers.
- Coaching and Development: A strong track record of building and nurturing high-performing teams.
- Cloud Security Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud security principles and best practices.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, and network engineering.
- Communication Skills: Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and internal teams.
