The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve the company’s marketing and sales objectives. Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development and Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
- SEO/SEM Management:
- Optimize website content and structure for search engines.
- Manage and optimize paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads).
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices.
- Track and analyze SEO/SEM performance and provide regular reports.
- Social Media Management:
- Develop and manage social media content calendars and strategies.
- Create engaging content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Monitor social media trends and implement effective social listening strategies.
- Manage paid social media campains.
- Email Marketing:
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
- Manage email lists and segmentation.
- Analyze email marketing performance and optimize campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze digital marketing performance using Google Analytics, social media analytics, and other relevant tools.
- Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance and ROI.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and improve results.
- Content Creation and Management:
- Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging and relevant content.
- Manage website content and ensure it is up-to-date and optimized.
- Oversee blog, and video content creation.
- Budget Management:
- Manage digital marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively.
- Track and report on campaign spending and ROI.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales, product, and other teams to align marketing efforts.
- Manage any freelance or agency relationships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
- Strong understanding of USA market trends and consumer behaviors.
- Experience with CRM software is a plus.
