About the Role:
As a Data Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our data infrastructure. You will be responsible for data integration, management, analysis, and visualization, with a focus on leveraging Salesforce data and cloud-based metrics. The ideal candidate possesses a strong technical foundation, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate insights effectively to cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize ETL pipelines, integrating Salesforce data and ensuring data accuracy.
- Extract metrics from cloud platforms and utilize tools like Grafana for data monitoring and visualization.
- Analyze datasets to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.
- Create dashboards, visualizations, and presentations to communicate insights effectively.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, GTM, and Finance teams to address their data needs.
- Optimize data workflows, enhance automation, and ensure compliance with data governance standards.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing database management, analysis, and marketing automation core technologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and communication (written and oral) skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to drive projects from concept to completion.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in data engineering, data analytics, or a similar role.
