Mozio, a leading travel technology company, is searching for a talented individual to join their Business Intelligence team. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for transforming raw data into meaningful reports and dashboards that drive critical business decisions. You’ll collaborate with various departments, including the Executive team, Product, and Finance, to ensure data-driven strategies across the organization.
What You’ll Do:
- Be a Data Storyteller: Craft weekly reports for the Executive team, highlighting key trends and insights that shape company strategy.
- OKR Champion: Analyze and report on monthly Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), working closely with the Business Intelligence Manager.
- Pricing Guru: Support pricing strategies through accurate data entry and analysis.
- Dashboard Master: Build and maintain dynamic dashboards and visualizations using Power BI and other tools.
- Data Detective: Ensure data accuracy and consistency across the organization.
- Cross-Functional Collaborator: Participate in meetings with various departments to align data insights with overall goals.
What You’ll Need:
- A university degree (or in pursuit of one) in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Advanced English skills (Upper-intermediate or above).
- Hands-on experience with Power BI and the Microsoft environment.
- Expert-level Excel and Google Sheets skills.
- SQL knowledge is a plus.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
