What you’ll do:

  • Lead the charge: Take the reins of Intellum’s support operations, ensuring timely issue resolution and sky-high customer satisfaction.
  • Be a metrics master: Track key performance indicators like response times and resolution rates, and use data to drive improvements.
  • Champion the customer: Foster a customer-centric culture within your team and be a vocal advocate for their needs.
  • Empower your team: Mentor, motivate, and guide your support team to achieve peak performance.
  • Embrace technology: Leverage cutting-edge tools, including AI, to streamline processes and supercharge efficiency.
  • Collaborate across the board: Work hand-in-hand with teams like Sales, Account Management, and Product to ensure seamless customer experiences.
