What You’ll Do:

- Hit the High Notes: Monitor key metrics like customer satisfaction (CSAT) and resolution times, always striving for excellence.
- Build a Loyal Fanbase: Champion a customer-centric approach, turning users into raving fans.
- Collaborate with the Orchestra: Work closely with Sales, Account Management, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

What You’ll Need:
- Proven Expertise: Extensive experience leading and scaling customer support teams in the SaaS world.

- Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills and experience with customer service platforms (Salesforce Service Cloud is a plus).
