Join Fullpath, a rapidly growing tech company revolutionizing the automotive industry with its cutting-edge Customer Data Platform (CDP), as a Customer Success Manager. We are seeking a driven and solutions-oriented individual to build strong relationships with our dealership clients and contribute significantly to our Customer Success team’s achievements.

In this remote role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our clients maximize the value of our platform. You will proactively communicate ROI, identify and mitigate churn risks, analyze client performance data, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize revenue opportunities. A deep understanding of digital marketing and advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook, Bing, Google Analytics) is essential, as is the ability to use data to inform decisions and drive client success.

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with dealership clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Proactively communicate ROI and identify potential risks to minimize churn.
  • Analyze client performance data and collaborate with clients to optimize their success.
  • Drive product adoption, client satisfaction, and overall client health to increase lifetime value.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to meet client needs and maximize revenue potential.
  • Understand client business models and industries to effectively position Fullpath’s solutions.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of customer success experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience with digital marketing and advertising platforms (Google, Facebook, Bing, Google Analytics).
  • Strong data analysis skills to drive business decisions.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective follow-up processes.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability to change.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic and high energy.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Benefits:

Fullpath offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, disability, life/AD&D insurance, EAP, generous vacation and sick leave, paid holidays, paid parental leave, and a 401k plan. The annual base salary range is $75,000 – $88,000, with on-target earnings up to $118,000. Higher base salaries may be considered for highly qualified candidates.
