Flipdish is an Irish unicorn that provides technology solutions for independent restaurants and takeaways. We are looking for a Customer Success Associate to join our team and help us support our growing client base.
Job Description
The Customer Success Associate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of restaurant customers in the UK and Ireland. They will work closely with customers to help them understand and use our products, and to ensure that they are getting the most value out of their investment.
The Customer Success Associate will also be responsible for identifying and upselling new products to customers, and for helping to resolve any customer issues that may arise.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have experience in customer success or sales, and will be passionate about helping customers. They should also have strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Additional Skills
- Experience with the hospitality industry is a plus
- Knowledge of Flipdish products is a plus
- Fluency in English is required
