Website Fractured Atlas
Fractured Atlas, a national non-profit supporting artists and creatives, seeks a skilled and passionate Community Engagement Specialist to cultivate and grow our online community. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in digital spaces and enjoys connecting with people.
What You’ll Do:
- Community Building: Engage and energize our online community through the Creative Outpost platform and social media channels.
- Content Creation: Contribute to blog posts, social media updates, and email campaigns that inspire and inform.
- Digital Events: Help produce and host online events like webinars and workshops.
- Data Analysis: Track key metrics to understand community engagement and inform strategies.
- CRM Management: Maintain and optimize our Hubspot CRM system, including email campaigns and contact lists.
- Collaboration: Partner with the External Relations team and other departments to implement community-building initiatives.
What You’ll Need:
- Proven experience in managing and growing online communities (e.g., Discord, Facebook groups, social media accounts).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating engaging digital content.
- Experience with CRM systems (Hubspot preferred) and email marketing best practices.
- Comfort with on-camera presentations and hosting online events.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- A passion for the arts and supporting creative individuals (a plus!).
