Description:

LeadSimple, a high-growth SaaS company providing the leading CRM and workflow solutions for the property management industry, is seeking a results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic remote team. Since 2013, we’ve been dedicated to helping property management businesses simplify growth and streamline operations.

As a BDR at LeadSimple, you will be crucial in driving new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying potential clients. You’ll leverage your outbound prospecting skills to build relationships, understand prospect needs, and articulate the value of LeadSimple’s solutions, ultimately fueling the sales pipeline for our Account Executives. We are looking for experienced individuals with a proven track record in BDR or similar roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify new leads through proactive, high-volume outbound prospecting via calls, emails, texts, and social media messaging (targeting 40+ daily contacts).
  • Conduct initial discovery conversations to understand prospect challenges and determine fit with LeadSimple’s offerings.
  • Effectively communicate LeadSimple’s value proposition and build initial trust with potential clients.
  • Schedule qualified product demonstrations for the Account Executive team.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly pipeline generation quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Meticulously maintain and update lead and activity records within the company CRM.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of effective outbound sales strategies and outreach cadences.
  • Provide regular reports on prospecting activities and results.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in a Business Development, Sales Development, or similar outbound prospecting role, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Demonstrated experience successfully generating qualified leads through cold calling, cold emailing, and social media outreach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to probe effectively to understand needs and clearly articulate value.
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) to manage sales pipelines and track activities.
  • Experience creating targeted outreach cadences is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and thrives in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
  • Possesses a growth mindset and embraces accountability (“Owning The Outcome”).
  • Must currently reside and be legally authorized to work in the United States.

  • Competitive Compensation: $55,000 USD base salary, with On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $80,000+ based on performance.
