Your Role:

As a Business Development Representative, you’ll be a key player in our growth strategy. You’ll:

  • Lead cold outreach efforts (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to identify and engage potential customers.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for our sales executives.
  • Represent Proton at industry events, building relationships with prospects.
  • Nurture leads and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct in-depth research on target accounts to identify decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective outreach strategies.
  • Use data to track and analyze your performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the technology industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent presentation and writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong interest in the distribution industry.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

  • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Knowledge of AI and machine learning.
