Bloomreach, the world’s leading Commerce Experience Cloud, is seeking a talented Lead Business Consultant to join their Professional Services team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping top ecommerce businesses boost their performance and a proven track record of delivering value to clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a key advisor on ecommerce, analytics, data management, digital marketing, marketing automation, email, and mobile technologies.
  • Build strong client relationships and continuously enhance their businesses through strategic consulting and platform utilization.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Bloomreach Engagement platform to guide clients and internal stakeholders effectively.
  • Lead client onboarding, platform adoption, and feature utilization processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product-focused services and drive process improvements.
  • Become a subject matter expert on the Bloomreach Engagement platform.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the business consultancy practice in the US.
  • Support clients in optimizing their websites, shops, or apps through audits, AB tests, and recommendations for enhancing customer experience and conversion rates.
  • Communicate with clients, teach them how to use the CDP platform, suggest improvements, and prepare reports for their business decisions and project evaluation.
  • Oversee the implementation of client applications, websites, or online shops.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients through online channels and on-site visits.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 4-7 years of experience in B2C and/or B2B SaaS or in-hour ecommerce.
  • Working knowledge of Bloomreach Engagement platform features is preferred.
  • Experience in online analytics, performance marketing, marketing automation, data science, A/B testing, personalization, campaign optimization, customer lifetime value, email automation, reactivation, attribution modeling, prediction, product recommendations, and ecommerce.
  • Strong consulting skills, including clear communication, presentation abilities, confidence in engaging stakeholders, exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
  • Ability to keep expertise up-to-date through continuous learning and self-study of the Bloomreach Engagement platform.
  • Independence, self-organization, and the ability to navigate ambiguous situations.
  • Understanding of technology around marketing cloud solutions.
