As an AI Researcher, you will be at the forefront of this endeavor, overseeing the development and optimization of AI solutions across various scales. Your leadership will be crucial in guiding our team to achieve breakthroughs in AI, ensuring high-performance AI technologies are not only cutting-edge but also efficient and accessible for personal use, thereby setting new industry standards for innovation and practical application.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct cutting-edge research and development of novel multimodal AI models that establish new industry standards.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of our AI models into market-driven solutions.
Job Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. An ideal candidate will possess a PhD in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Machine Learning, or a closely related field, accompanied by a strong track record in AI Research & Development, including notable publications in top-tier (A*) conferences.
- Proven experience in building Large Language Models (LLMs) or other large-scale models from the ground up, encompassing model coding, training data acquisition, and optimization of both training and inference processes.
- Significant expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and multimodal learning.
- Proficiency in deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and JAX, as well as the CUDA toolkit.
- Excellent programming skills in Python.
