We’re seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our rapidly expanding Sales team. This is a fully remote role within the United States.
What You’ll Do:
- Spearhead outbound strategies to identify and engage high-potential business verticals.
- Convert inbound leads into successful customer acquisitions, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
- Proactively manage and optimize the sales pipeline, contributing to the refinement of our sales process and playbook.
- Articulate the value proposition of Vanta’s solutions, tailoring your approach to resonate with each customer’s unique needs.
- Create compelling sales materials and deliver impactful product demonstrations.
- Gather valuable customer insights to inform product development and enhance our offerings.
What You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in a closing, quota-carrying role with a consistent track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Proven success in B2B SaaS sales, preferably within the SMB and Mid-Market segments.
- A customer-centric approach with a demonstrated ability to build long-lasting relationships.
- Technical proficiency to understand Vanta’s software and effectively communicate its value to technical audiences.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a passion for making a significant impact in a dynamic startup environment.
