The NLF is a well-respected Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) registered under the Societies Act XXI of 1860, working tirelessly to improve lives in Qasimabad, Hyderabad, and beyond. They are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant to join their growing team and contribute to their impactful work.
What You’ll Do:
As an Assistant at the NLF, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the organization’s various initiatives. Your responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with project management tasks, including data entry, scheduling meetings, and maintaining project documentation.
- Providing administrative support to staff, such as answering phones, filing documents, and managing calendars.
- Conducting research and compiling reports on relevant social and development issues.
- Drafting correspondence and presentations as needed.
- Liaising with beneficiaries, partners, and stakeholders.
- Contributing to fundraising efforts and grant proposals.
- Any other tasks assigned by the Program Manager or senior staff.
Who You Are:
The ideal candidate for this role possesses the following qualifications:
- Intermediate degree or above (Female Only)
- Minimum of 1 year experience working in an NGO or the development sector
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Strong work ethic, with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for social justice and a desire to make a positive impact
- Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Urdu and English fluency is a plus

- This position is based in Qasimabad, Hyderabad.
