What You’ll Do:
As a Senior Service & Support Specialist, you’ll be a key player in ensuring Intuit’s enterprise customers receive top-notch support. You’ll:
- Provide expert guidance: Assist frontline agents and Customer Success Managers with complex issues related to QuickBooks Online, Payroll, and Time.
- Be a team leader: Act as a point of contact, mentor and coach team members, and even step in for managers when needed.
- Drive improvements: Analyze data, identify trends, and contribute to product and process enhancements.
- Champion change: Help teams navigate updates and new systems, creating a smooth transition for everyone.
- Resolve escalations: Handle critical customer issues with empathy and efficiency.
What You’ll Need:
- Deep product knowledge: Expertise in QuickBooks Online, Payroll, and/or QuickBooks Time is essential.
- Strong problem-solving skills: Think on your feet and guide others through complex situations.
- Coaching and mentoring abilities: Help others grow and develop their skills.
- Excellent communication skills: Clearly articulate solutions to customers, agents, and leaders.
- Data analysis skills: Identify trends and insights to drive improvements.
