Are you passionate about climate justice and ready to make a difference? Plant-for-the-Planet, a global movement empowering young people, is seeking an Organizational Development Coordinator to help shape our operations in India.
Your Role:
As a key member of our team, you’ll play a pivotal role in:
- Building our presence: Establishing our operations in India and developing effective strategies.
- Fostering partnerships: Collaborating with local and international organizations to drive climate action.
- Networking: Building relationships with key stakeholders and representing Plant-for-the-Planet at events.
- Providing support: Offering administrative and logistical assistance to our leadership team.
Your Qualifications:
- Academic background: Master’s degree in Policy, Politics, Communication, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2 years in organizational development, event management, or project management.
- Relationship-building skills: Proven ability to network and build relationships.
- Tech-savvy: Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
- Organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
- Language skills: Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
