Calling all experienced Project Managers! IBM is seeking a talented and driven individual to join our Technology Expert Labs (TEL) practice in Durham. In this role, you’ll be leading the charge on cutting-edge software implementations for clients across the globe, with a focus on AI, Automation, Data, Security, and Sustainability solutions.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage a diverse portfolio of projects, from strategy and quick-start deployments to groundbreaking “First of a Kind” (FOAK) implementations.
- Collaborate closely with IBM teams, client employees, and third-party vendors to deliver seamless and successful solutions.
- Oversee project plans, budgets, schedules, and staffing requirements.
- Build strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor.
What You’ll Need:
- 5-7+ years of experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
- Proven project management expertise (PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certifications are a plus).
- A knack for working with various project methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for technology and a desire to solve complex challenges.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with IBM software products like Cloud Paks, Instana, watsonx, and Turbonomic.
- Familiarity with Generative AI and Machine Learning concepts.
