HR Admin & Finance Executive
Responsibilities:
- Maintain BIC financial records and bookkeeping practices.
- Ensure compliance with reporting requirements of the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan.
- Coordinate all BIC purchases and procurements.
- Manage BIC assets.
- Oversee office administration.
- Fulfill any other assigned duties.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 16 years of education with a degree in Business Management, Economics, Commerce, or Finance.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial management.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using relevant software applications (e.g., MS Office Suite).
- Meticulous attention to detail.
Business Development Executive
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the engagement of incubatees with the BIC’s training program.
- Develop and implement the BIC’s marketing strategy.
- Assist incubatees with financial planning, reporting, and evaluation of benefits and return on investment (ROI).
- Cultivate new business opportunities for startups through entrepreneur, commercial, and/or knowledge exchanges.
- Perform any other assigned duties.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 16 years of education with a degree in Business Management, Economics, Commerce, or Finance.
- Proven track record of business development success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working with startups a definite asset.

The fee must be deposited under the Head of Account “Collection in HBL A/C No. 00427991777803, University of Sargodha.” No other forms of payment (e.g., Demand Draft, Postal Order) will be accepted.
- Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Body employees must apply through their official channels by the closing date. Late applications will not be considered.
- Incomplete applications will be rejected.
- Providing false or incorrect information will result in disqualification and disciplinary action.

- These are project positions for the Business Incubation Centre and are offered on a contract basis for one year, with the possibility of extension for an additional year (on a six-monthly basis) or until project completion (whichever comes first).
