This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or experienced professionals in the pharmaceutical industry to contribute to the company’s growth and success.
Key Responsibilities of a Pharma Associate:
- Effective product detailing to Healthcare Professionals (HCPs)
- Achievement of sales targets within the assigned territory
- Implementation of marketing strategies to maximize ROI
- Building strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
- Staying updated on product knowledge, disease awareness, and sales techniques
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Organizing and participating in seminars, symposia, and other promotional events
- Willingness to travel extensively
Qualifications and Experience:
- Graduate (preferably in science or Pharm D)
- Fresh graduates (including women) in Pre-Medical or Pharm D are encouraged to apply
- 2-3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an added advantage
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Urdu and English
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivation, initiative, and a team player attitude
- Ability to plan and organize events
- Willingness to travel extensively
