About the Role
The Data Governance Manager will be a key player in establishing and maintaining the operational governance framework for the Product repository. Collaborating closely with Business and IT teams, this role will ensure the smooth flow and consistency of product data across all systems, including PLM, PIM, and ERP.
Responsibilities will include:
- Defining and managing data milestones throughout the product lifecycle.
- Maintaining and developing the RACI matrix for data governance.
- Analyzing and ensuring data consistency.
- Setting up and monitoring PI planning with stakeholders.
- Identifying and resolving data incidents.
- Driving change management initiatives.
- Acting as a data referent for the business.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business or Engineering.
- 5-6 years of experience in data governance or change management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent English is essential, and knowledge of the perfume/cosmetics industry is a plus.
