The Ideal Candidate Brings:
- A Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Technology Management, Engineering, or similar) or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in large IT organizations, business strategy, or management consulting, ideally in automotive, manufacturing, or technology sectors. (Think MBB or Big 4 experience!)
- Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing growth-oriented technology strategies.
- Broader knowledge of technology trends and expertise across various disciplines (think Cloud, AI, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills, transforming complex data into actionable insights focused on business value.
- Demonstrated success in collaborative work within matrixed organizations, influencing stakeholders effectively.
