This role will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless delivery and management of content across national and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies that align with the company’s business objectives.
- Content Acquisition and Scheduling: Strategically plan the acquisition and scheduling of content to meet market demands.
- Metadata Management: Oversee the creation and maintenance of accurate metadata to enhance content discoverability.
- Content Review and Editing: Ensure content quality and relevance by reviewing, editing, and organizing materials.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor key performance metrics and analyze data to inform content strategy.
- Customer Onboarding and Pipeline Management: Manage the onboarding process for new customers and ensure efficient content delivery.
- Content Compliance and Rights Management: Monitor and manage compliance with licensing agreements and rights management.
- Localization and Subtitling: Oversee the localization and subtitling process for different regional markets.
- Content Security and DRM Implementation: Implement and manage security measures to protect content from unauthorized access.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless content delivery across all platforms.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in content operations, management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of content rights, compliance, and digital content delivery systems.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with metadata management, content editing, and localization processes.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
