We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Customer Happiness Executive to join our growing team in Kuwait City. About the Role
As a Customer Happiness Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers are delighted with our services. You will be the first point of contact for customers, answering their questions, resolving their issues, and ensuring they have a positive experience with our brand.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Build rapport with customers and demonstrate empathy and understanding.
- Resolve customer queries and concerns efficiently and effectively.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant teams and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
- Track and monitor the status of customer orders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer support role in Kuwait.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
