What You’ll Do
As a Vendor Manager, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of Coinbase’s BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) network. Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with third-party vendors in the compliance domain.
- Overseeing vendor performance and ensuring adherence to contractual agreements and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with vendor relationships.
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve vendor performance and drive operational excellence.
- Generating reports and insights to keep stakeholders informed of vendor performance and compliance status.
Are You a Perfect Match?
Coinbase is looking for someone with a proven track record in vendor management, preferably within the BPO industry. You’ll also need a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the compliance domain, with a deep understanding of relevant regulations like GDPR and AML/KYC.
