About the Role
Raymond James is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Compliance Manager – Business Analyst to join our team. This is a remote position based in Colorado. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of compliance processes and regulatory expectations, as well as experience in the financial services industry.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and document business requirements for various projects
- Develop conceptual design documents and process flows
- Review operational procedures and recommend improvements
- Maintain currency in business analysis practices and techniques
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders
- Provide logistical support for strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 6-10 years of experience in a business analyst role
- Strong knowledge of compliance processes and regulatory expectations
- Experience in the financial services industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
