  • Manage complex calendars, resolving scheduling conflicts with professionalism.
  • Organize travel arrangements, expense reports, meetings, and appointments.
  • Prepare comprehensive meeting minutes and related documents.
  • Draft correspondence, reports, and forms, providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources Management preferred.
  • Proven experience in administrative roles, ideally with exposure to international companies or multinational organizations.
  • Strong interpersonal, judgment, and influencing skills.
  • A problem-solver who can identify, analyze, and resolve issues effectively.
  • Excellent implementation skills and a “doer” mentality.
