What You’ll Do:
- Manage Circuit Orders: Implement engineering requests for circuit orders, including fiber connectivity, off-net circuits, and collocations.
- Track Network Inventory: Utilize applications and tools to track network inventory and ensure accurate data.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work with field technicians, engineering departments, and cross-functional groups to deliver high-quality network service.
- Place and Track Orders: Place orders with local exchange carriers and long haul carriers, and track them throughout their lifecycle.
- Provide Updates: Keep project management informed of progress and address any issues.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in network engineering or provisioning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with network engineering tools and processes.
