The Coca-Cola Credit Union, established in 1965, is seeking a Lead Accountant to join their team. This is a remote position, but will require periodic visits to the corporate office in the Atlanta metro area.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee accounts payable and employee expense reports
- Manage daily and month-end general ledger reconciliation
- Handle accounting for mortgage and investment portfolios
- Ensure compliance with GAAP
- Analyze financial statements and report variances
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred
- 2-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in banking
- Strong understanding of GAAP
- Ability to analyze financial data and communicate effectively
