What You’ll Do:
- Lead the charge: Spearhead the adoption of cutting-edge AI technologies within Cigna, using a test-and-learn approach.
- Develop winning strategies: Create AI-driven strategies to enhance value propositions, unlock new revenue streams, and sharpen Cigna’s competitive edge.
- Collaborate and conquer: Work closely with teams across the organization to identify and analyze potential applications for AI, both internally and externally.
- Drive measurable results: Connect strategy and execution to tangible, quantifiable outcomes.
- Communicate effectively: Influence decisions and drive alignment through clear and compelling communication, including presentations, workshops, and reports.
- Own key initiatives: Define scope, plan, execute, and report on strategic initiatives, showcasing progress and value delivered to stakeholders.
What You’ll Need:
- Proven experience: 5+ years in corporate strategy, data and analytics strategy, or consulting, ideally with healthcare industry experience.
- Project management expertise: A track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion.
- Strategic mindset: The ability to conduct sophisticated quantitative analyses and translate complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
- Financial acumen: Experience developing and analyzing financial models, including digital KPIs, ROI, and P&L.
- Collaborative spirit: A knack for building relationships and influencing outcomes across a large organization.
- Excellent communication skills: The ability to craft compelling narratives and present effectively to senior-level audiences.
- Technical proficiency: Strong command of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- AI knowledge: Familiarity with large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, generative AI capabilities, ethical AI practices, and emerging AI trends is highly desirable.
