The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) is seeking a Senior Advisor to join their Consumer Response & Education team. This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of consumers by supporting the CFPB’s mission to protect consumers from unfair, deceptive, or abusive practices in the financial marketplace.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of Consumer Response strategy.
- Provide strategic advice on and implement internal and external marketing strategies.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance management dashboards and reporting.
- Manage the external data sharing strategy engagement.
Qualifications:
- Strong strategic thinking and planning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in marketing and/or communications.
- Knowledge of data sharing best practices.
