Job Description
The Principal will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of the school. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing a strategic vision for the school
- Overseeing academic affairs, student welfare, and co-curricular activities
- Managing the school’s budget and resources
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with parents, staff, and the community
Qualifications and Experience
- Master’s Degree from an HEC recognized educational institution
- Between 45 and 60 years of age
- Minimum 10 years of teaching experience in reputed educational institutions
- Minimum 10 years of experience in educational management as Head of such institutions
- Experience in guidance and training of teachers
- Excellent English communication skills
- Computer skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Administrative skills
- Financial management skills
- Human resource management skills
- Educational management skills
Benefits
- Monthly Remuneration: Rs. 300,000/- (Lump-sum inclusive of all allowances)
