We are seeking a talented and dedicated Accounts Officer to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a strong understanding of accounting principles and a passion for financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process vendor invoices and employee expense claim reimbursements in SAP.
- Handle employee-related payments, such as loans, advances, final settlements, and recoveries.
- Post accruals and adjustment entries in SAP.
- Prepare accurate Bank Reconciliation Statements.
- Contribute to month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Part-qualified or finalist of ACCA/ACMA.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, concepts, and standards.
- Proficiency in using basic MS Excel functions.
- 0-1 years of relevant work experience.
- Prior experience with SAP and Accounts Payable is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
